Gas-hydrodynamic studies

The complexes of gas-hydrodynamic (GDIS) studies applied in LLC «Gazprom geofizika» are used for determination of operational characteristics of the exposed formation, including the sages of its development, operation and stimulation, as well as for solution of the following problems:

– identification of operating formation thickness;

– determination of fluid movement profile in operating wells and input profile in the injection wells;

– determination of composition of inflow from giving-off intervals (taking into account behind-the-casing cross-flow between beds and indrawal of bottom water);

– quantitative estimate of interval flow rates for production phases and components (gas, fluid, oil, water);

– determination of gas-hydrodynamic reservoir characteristics (reservoir pressures and temperatures, productivity factors, hydraulic conductivity, permeability, skin-factor);

– selection of optimum well operation and its processing facilities;

– estimation of statistical and dynamic interface levels in the bore hole;

– determination of gas-hydrodynamic characteristics from wellhead measurements and measurements in the pay thickness interval at different well operation processes;

– control of process equipment operation;

– determination of composition and structure of multiphase flow in the bore hole; quantitative determination of total phase flow rates of the well.
