General Director of “ Gazprom zarubezhneftegaz” CJSC Valery Gulev and General Director of “Gazprom geofizika” LLC Viacheslav Ilyushin have signed Strategic cooperation Agreement.

The Agreement provides combination of working experience of the companies in at international oil and gas market in different areas:
- Oil, gas and condensate exploration and production at the fields in the CIS and non-CIS countries;
- Joint participation in oil and gas works tenders held in CIS and non-CIS countries;
- Up-to-date oil and gas works technological exchange;
- Establishment of working contacts with third parties.

At the present time the negotiations regarding the participation of “Gazprom geofizika” LLC in the projects of “Gazprom zarubezhneftegaz” CJSC in the territory of Tadzhikistan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan are held.
